5.3 Generated Thumbnails

6. Payment and Subscription

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services, except as required by law.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate thumbnails. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally:

• Contain inaccuracies or unexpected elements
• Not perfectly match your video content
• Require manual review and editing
• Vary in quality based on input video quality

You are responsible for reviewing all generated thumbnails before use and ensuring they meet your standards and comply with YouTube's policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that generated thumbnails will increase your YouTube views or engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YT VIRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YTB Viral AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
